Vol 48 No 1 (82): (first in their new series) introducing the committee; 1920 issues (some Vienna-printed).

Vol 48 No 2 (83): their website is www.upns.org ; Lviv issue of 1918 (overprinted Austrian stamps); classical (and modern) forgeries.

Vol 49 No 1 (84): The State of the Society; 1994-UPU-approved World Association for the Development of Philately's Manual.

Vol 49 No 2 (85): 50 years of the Society (ie 1951-2001); the official transliteration table between the Ukrainian Cyrillic and the English alphabets; reviews of two Dubniak-Cybaniak books.

Vol 49 No 3 (86): the Hutsul Battalion (a WWI formation similar to the Ukrainian Legion); the first regular international air mail service in the world (Vienna-Kyiv/Kiev); UPU proposal that all stamp issues be uniquely numbered (so that forgeries, bogus issues etc being un-numbered will be identifiable)

Vol 50 No 1 (87): Three WWI military heroines; tracking down the 1918 Lviv issue; Austrian (and other) postmarks relating to Ukraine; more on the Hutsul Battalion; "why does Ukraine issue stamps that don’t correspond to any postal rate?"

Vol 50 No 2 (88): Telephone-card collecting (the technical details are equally applicable to Austria); early postal services in Ukraine (eg Lviv from 1625).
